We have a beautiful digging patch at St. George's where children are encouraged to mix dirt and water, dig in the earth and generally explore mud. We have pants, boots and jackets to wear to make sure not too much mud ends up at home. This is a great space to explore nature, learn self help skills such as putting on and off clothing and boots, work cooperatively with peers and have fun!
